Gabriella Pisacreta

            My name is Gabriella Pisacreta and I am the Vice President of the Fashion Student Association. I am from Valhalla, New York where I attended Valhalla High School.  Four years ago I came to Manhattan College.  It was the perfect school for me.  Not too big and close enough to home while still feeling far enough away.  Although I only live 20 minutes away from home, I still lived in the dorms on campus.  It was the best decision and MC has been great to me ever since.  Now, in my senior year I am graduating with a B.S. in Marketing and a minor in Global Business Studies. I joined FSA my freshman year and have been an active member since the very first meeting.  I have always been interested in fashion, shopping and the world of NYC style.  I have held many retail positions and have gained much knowledge through these positions.  FSA has shown me many sides of the Fashion industry.  I like many different designers and every member of the club is totally different and that is one of my favorite parts of being in FSA.  We all come from different backgrounds, have different styles and tastes, but yet we all come together to celebrate our passion for fashion.  I have been on many interviews and I am always asked about my role in the club.  I know that my membership in FSA has helped me throughout my years at MC.  I would love to have a career in the fashion industry, but I cannot say for sure where I will be after graduation. Only time will tell!
